While social-distancing was the thing to follow, it didn't stop the friends and members of the Buffalo Lake Nature club to enjoy a beautiful day at The Narrows of Buffalo Lake, Stettler County finding Yellow Ladyslipper Orchids (Cypripedium parviflorum)!

Many of us didn't shy away from donning a life jacket and dipping a paddle in The Narrows after our walk. The water was calm, with a light wind, and surprisingly the mosquitoes were not a worry... though that was thanks to a healthy supply of bug spray for all.
